Let me begin by saying this, this weekend brought so much more than I had expected. I didn't set many expectations. My goal was to see some awesome rotaries, meet some cool people, and spend some time with good friends. I had an amazing time, and I brought away a few valuable life lessons. I ended up in 7 different states during the past few days. New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and New York. I've been on many road trips, but being from Texas, breezing through states is a new concept to me. I'm just so used to it taking about ten hours to get out of Texas. The hills and mountains in North Carolina are so refreshing. The route is very scenic. One of my favorite parts about the road trip were the endless trees.
The rotaries were epic; the pictures speak for themselves. I learned quite a bit about power and dynos on this trip. I also met some intriguing people that I'm still close to.
