All of June 2015
The month of June was extremely busy for me. You'd think that with New Zealand so close in the future, I would spend the previous months preparing, saving money, relaxing.... Wrong. I went traveling. All over the place. Let me walk you through it.
After flying to Florida and cruising to the Bahamas with my parents, I flew to Virginia (Washington Dulles) to meet my aunt and uncle.Shortly afterwards, we left to New York City for my cousin's Emergency Medicine residency graduation. Then, I came back to Springfield, VA only to go out to New Jersey to spend my bithday with my best friend out there, then went back up to New York to do a second celebration of my birthday, then going to Canada for a few days, and somehow ending up in Hawaii before coming back home to Texas.
I won't walk you through every bit of what we did, but I'll give you the highlights:
-My uncle went to walmart and bought me a bike, then taught me how to ride the bike because I told him that I never learned how to ride a bike.
- My cousin, who is a pilot, took me out flying. I was actually able to control the plane and take a few turns. Wow, one of the coolest things I've ever done.
-I went to Canada for the first time ever, then we road tripped back and stopped by Niagara Falls.
-I turned 21! Yay finally!
-There was a huge storm that knocked over a tree in front of my uncle's house, so we had a clean up day.
-We went to Oahu! I have a few posts up of Hawaii though, so I won't say much :p
I want to give a great shout out to my aunt and uncle because they have been so supportive of me and spending these few weeks with them was absolutely priceless.
